BKDP chairman Aliaksandr Yarashuk is not invited to the meeting of the National Council on Labour and Social Issues

Today, on November 19, an online meeting of the National Council on Labour and Social Affairs (NCLSI) took place. The meeting was chaired by the trade union representative. However, BKDP leader Aliaksandr Yarashuk, who is a member of the National Council, was not invited once again.

The National Council is the main tripartite body of social partnership in our country. The main objective of the NCLSI is to implement interaction between the government, republican associations of employers and trade unions in the implementation of social and economic policy, protection of labour rights, economic and social interests of citizens of Belarus.

The agenda includes the discussion of the progress in the implementation of the General Agreement between the government, republican associations of employers and trade unions for 2019 – 2021, as well as the draft Supplemental Agreement on amendments to the current General Agreement, and other issues.
